The combination Marc (62) and Angie Pletinckx from Deftinge (Belgium) had a couple of amazing seasons in pigeon racing, with absolute highlight winning 1. National Argenton in 2022 against 12.936 yearlings and the fastest bird against 23.570 birds. It was BE19-608 ‘Joske’ (original Jos Thoné, As) who became the winner of this races.

The strain of Pletinckx is build around the pigeons of Gaby Vandenabeele (Dentergem) and Jos Thoné (As). On regular base Marc also buys pigeons at less renowned but very successful fanciers. The combination participates on all the races from Quiévrain to Limoges with 36 couple on total widowhood. Each week their pigeons excellerate on races from all distances. Especially allround racing hen BE20-934 ‘Mieke’ is showing good results. She even became 1. Acebird Great Middle Distance. But also descendants to top racers and breeders like BE19-405 ‘Bold’ and BE19-732 ‘Baron’ showed excellent results.
A total auction, excl. the pigeons born in 2022 and 2023
Recently the combination decided to sell all birds in a total auction via European Pigeon Website. Only the birds born in 2022 and 2023 will stay at the lofts of Pletinckx. A tremendous opportunity for fanciers worldwide to strengthen their loft with the super allround birds from the Pletinckx strain!
